You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items.
Once your package has been shipped, please allow 5 days for it to arrive at our warehouse.
Once received, please allow approximately 10 days for processing. We will verify that the returned product is the same as the one sent, without having been used or damaged.

You will be refunded within 10 days of the goods being received at our warehouse.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used when placing the order. It will include the price of the returned items, minus the original delivery charge and the return shipping costs.
