SAS JOKA – Cacatoès may collect your data directly (online, by phone, by email related to requests, account creation, or orders) and indirectly (Cookies – see the cookies section below). The data collected will include in particular:
- Name/title.
- Contact details: postal address including billing and delivery addresses, phone numbers, and email.
- Purchases/orders made by you.
- Your online browsing activity on our website (if you choose to accept our cookies).
- Password set for your account.
- When you place an order: your payment card details.
- Your communication and marketing preferences (to subscribe to the newsletter).
- Your feedback if you agree to give us feedback on our services.
- Your location (if you choose to order from us or return a product).

You may withdraw this consent at any time by replying STOP to one of our messages or by contacting us at help@mycacatoes.com. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Your data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes and is retained for a period of 10 years from your last interaction with our brand.
Sharing your data with our third-party service providers
We may need to share your data with our service providers, such as our delivery and warehouse partners, IT and operating system providers, so that we can deliver your order. We may also share your data with marketing service providers if you benefit from a promotion or participate in a contest on our website. We will not use your data for purposes for which we have not obtained your permission or which have not been specified in this policy. We ensure that contracts are in place with our service providers, meaning they can only use your data to provide our services to you and are also required to secure your data.

We will not retain your data longer than necessary to provide the services you have requested and for which you have given your authorization. The longest period for which we retain data is 10 years (for financial accounting purposes related to orders you may have placed).

Please do not log in to your account using a computer connected in a public space: please do so from home or on a secure network. Protect your Cacatoès account passwords and do not share them. We suggest that you change your passwords frequently. We will never ask you for your banking details by email. Please report any email that may appear to come from us.
Your rights
In accordance with data protection laws, you may at any time request access to, rectification of, erasure of, and portability of your personal data, or restrict and object to the processing of your personal data. Below is a summary of these rights:
Right of access The right to receive a copy of your personal data.

If your consent is withdrawn, it does not prevent us from processing your personal data based on specific purposes for which you have given us authorization, as applicable, such as the execution of your orders and the storage of your order data as required by applicable law. If you no longer wish to receive our marketing/promotional information, please note that you may withdraw your consent to direct marketing at any time directly from the unsubscribe link included in every electronic marketing message we send you. If you do so, we will promptly update our databases and take all reasonable measures to respond to your request as soon as possible, but we may continue to communicate with you to the extent necessary for any product or service you have requested.
Right to lodge a complaint You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority in the event of an alleged breach of the data protection rules applicable to you.
